What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your notice and send you the return address.
- You return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
- Return shipping is at your expense for a change of mind. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover it.
- We refund the full amount, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice.
Good to know
You are not required to keep the item unused or in its original packaging. You may handle and inspect it as you would in a shop. We may only reduce your refund if the product's value has been diminished by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene products unsealed after delivery, nor to goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. Unopened pet food and treats with a long shelf life are returnable.
