Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: Perishable goods such as pet food or treats Hygiene products that have been opened Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page Downloadable or digital products.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at animauxdirect@gmail.com with the following information: Your order number The item you wish to return The reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days with further instructions. Please do not send any items back without first receiving confirmation from us.

Return Shipping

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at animauxdirect@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
