Shipping policy
Delivery area
We deliver exclusively to Metropolitan France. We do not currently ship to other countries, to the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), or to Monaco.
Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or French public holidays. You will receive an email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery times
Transit takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Total time from order to delivery: 6 to 10 business days.
In accordance with article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we undertake to deliver your order within 30 days of the order at the latest. If this deadline is not met, you may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

All prices shown include VAT. No additional charges, customs fees or import duties will be requested on delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Tracking
Every parcel is sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email at dispatch; it becomes active within 24 to 48 hours.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at animauxdirect@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. This does not limit your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, which applies for 2 years.
